An important note on grab rails and shower seats: these need to be fitted correctly into solid wall fixings to be safe. Before booking, I'll have a quick conversation with you about the wall type and what's behind it — that means a short assessment visit first, so we can be sure the fitting will hold. I'll never fit something I'm not confident will bear the load safely.
