Flooring
- Laminate flooring installation
A note on flooring: laminate is priced by quote after a visit, as every room is different. I ask that you've taken up the old flooring beforehand and have the new flooring, underlay and edging ready — then I'll fit it. I'll give you a clear estimate once I've seen the room.
Outdoor jobs (spring & summer)
- Decking cleaned, pressure-washed and re-treated
- Shed roof felt replacement
- Gates eased, adjusted and re-hung; hinges and latches replaced
- Putting up rotary washing lines, hose reels and brackets
Jobs I'll need to see first
Some jobs — like a damaged deck board, a rotten shed panel or a sticking gate — I can't price fairly until I've had a look, because the bit you can see often hides more behind it. Send me a few photos when you get in touch and I'll come back to you with what I'd suggest.
What I don't do: roofing, gas work, big building or structural jobs, working at height, drain unblocking or major electrical work. If your job needs a specialist, I'll always tell you honestly and point you the right way.
